Hayden is a courtroom specialist who comes from a background as a District Court registrar and defence counsel with the Hamilton Public Defence Service. Hayden focuses on criminal and family law court cases. He is experienced in all criminal law matters, including trials, sentencings and applications for discharges without conviction. Hayden has a particular interest in defending drink driving cases. Hayden’s interests are spending time with his young family and hunting.
